Your website is activated once your hosting has been set up. This usually takes approximately one business day. You will receive access details as soon as it is ready.
After your order, we send the website URL and login credentials to the email address you entered during checkout.
After the selected term (One week or One month), your sandbox website will be automatically removed. Subscription Based Sandboxes keeps your sandbox active on an ongoing basis. If you choose the One week or One month option and do not upgrade to a subscription, your sandbox will expire and become unavailable after the selected period.
YOOtheme is pre-installed in your sandbox. A YOOtheme API key is required to install updates. For Temporary Sandboxes, the YOOtheme API key is not included. For Subscription Based Sandboxes, you can either use your own API key or choose to obtain one from YOOcourse for the duration of your plan.
